As a local on the South Shore with over 20 years in real estate valuation expertise, I’ve appraised everything from cozy suburban ranches, to income producing properties, to seaside mansions. I’m a Massachusetts Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, specializing in valuation services for South Shore attorneys, mortgage lenders, home owners, and real estate sales professionals. Collectively, these professionals rely on my experience and expertise in the broad range of residential real estate in southeastern Massachusetts. By continuously keeping up with local market trends, and refreshing my knowledge regarding valuation techniques through accredited sources, I consistently deliver reliable appraisals for people just like you. As an active member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA), I currently serve as Chair of the Valuation Bias Task Force, addressing issues of bias in real estate valuations.
